How to make an order
To order one of the artworks, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with an inquiry. Afterward, all information regarding the artwork, shipping options*, estimated processing + shipping time, shipping cost based on buyer's country and the total price will be sent to buyer's email address in the form of non-binding order, which needs to be confirmed by the buyer to become a binding order. If the buyer confirms, an invoice will be sent to his/her email address so the buyer can make a payment.
*You can also choose to collect your artwork in person from the studio in Prague, Czech republic. Personal delivery is an option as well if you're within an appropriate distance.
The payment is done after the invoice is sent to the buyer's email address however the buyer has an option to cancel his/her order for free until the artwork is shipped. Payment is done via bank transfer. All information needed to make a bank transfer will be stated in the invoice.
Artwork will be sent once the seller receives the payment. If the seller doesn't receive the payment within the due date (stated in the invoice), she has a right to cancel the buyer's order.
Items are shipped with one of these companies: UPS, DPD, GLS, PPL, TNT, TOP TRANS, DB Schenker, Raben or FedEx. Shipping prices are based on the buyer's country. Please note, that I don't ship to some countries so please always state your country when inquiring about an artwork so I can confirm whether it is possible to ship to your country and inform you about shipping cost.
There is also an option of collecting purchased artwork in person straight from sellers studio in Prague, Czech Republic, or the option of personal delivery if you're within an appropriate distance (Prague, Czechia / Bratislava, Slovakia).
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
All artworks are signed by Lena Žak on the backside of the canvas/board/paper by default, signature on the front side (right corner) is possible if required upfront.
Certificate of Authenticity
All artworks are shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity, in which the official title of the painting, the year when the painting was made, size and used mediums are stated along with the signature of the artist Lena Žak.
Artworks are not shipped in a frame unless it's stated otherwise. You'll need to take it to the framing shop and have it framed if you wish to do so. The easiest way is to Google a framing shop close to your home and consults them.
Small stretched canvases and paper works/canvas boards will be securely wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, plastic + bubble wrap, put in a cardboard box and shipped in another larger cardboard box.
Medium size and large stretched canvases will be securely wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, plastic + bubble wrap, put in a cardboard box and shipped in a wooden box.

Conditions of return by choice
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in case they don't want to keep the item. If the buyer wishes to return an item, he/she must contact the seller via email@example.com within 21 days of delivery. The seller will then give the buyer a complete address so the buyer can ship the unwanted items back within 30 days of delivery. Item/items MUST be returned in original condition, without damage and in the original packaging so please keep the packaging until you decide whether you are satisfied with what you received. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The seller will issue a full refund after the returned item/items are received by the seller, checked and after the seller confirms that the item/items are undamaged and in good condition.
Conditions of return in case the buyer receive damaged goods
Seller is responsible for return shipping costs in case the artwork came to the buyer damaged. If the buyer wishes to return an item that is somehow damaged, he/she must contact the seller via firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days of delivery. Please attach detail photos of the damage + photos of packaging so I can see, if protection layers were damaged as well. The seller will then give the buyer a complete address so the buyer can ship the unwanted items back. Item/items must be returned as received and in the original packaging, if the packaging is not damaged so please keep the packaging until you decide whether you are satisfied with what you received. The seller will issue a full refund after the returned item/items are received by the seller, checked and after the seller confirms that the item/items are in the same condition, as they were when received by the buyer.
